I consider myself a coach & teacher. I'm here to help & guide you no matter what your goal or destination may be. However, my primary objective is to educate & develop you by teaching you to take this same knowledge & incorporate into your own lifestyle. I'm determined to help you create a fit lifestyle that can still be FUN, achieve your ideal physique & most importantly - feel absolutely amazing!
SPACE IS LIMITED to insure the finest quality, I only take on a FEW amount of clients at a time! That way my focus is on you & making the most effective workouts to help you reach your fitness goals!
If you prefer gym sessions I currently train men & women clients at a gym in Hollywood CA. I’m available mornings, afternoons & evenings 7 days per week. The gym membership is $45 per month.
